Sports Liverpool 0-0 Man Utd: Jose Mourinho and Jurgen Klopp's Post Match Comments

Image
Manchester United played a goalless draw with Liverpool on Saturday in an early Premier League match at Anfield.  Save for a De Gea save in the first half, it was for the most part a boring game. Liverpool failed to score from the multiple chances they create and Manchester United defended most of the time. Speaking after the game, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho, said: “In the first we had the ball and were always compact. We had a few shots in the second half. "They played with a very strong midfield of Can, Wijnaldum and Henderson for 90 minutes but in the second half I had no one on the bench to change the direction of the game. I thought they were afraid of our counter attack. "I just tried to improve in attacking areas where I could surprise them, but they kept a strong organisation in midfield. I was waiting for him [Klopp] to break it [the play] a bit more. But he didn’t let it break. "A point, in this long marathon? A point at Anfield is OK." Liver...

Politics Jonathan Denies Responsibility for Poor State of Aso Rock Clinic

Image
Nigeria's former president Goodluck Jonathan has denied responsibility for the poor state of the state house clinic in Asp Rock. This follows developments that the house of reps will probe authorities over the continued state of the clinic despite billions being spent on it. In a statement by his Media Adviser, Ikechukwu Eze, Jonathan said he was not responsible for the implementation of 2015 budget and therefore would be the wrong person to answer questions on provisions of a budget he was not part of. “The House of representatives resolved Thursday 12 October, 2015, to probe 2015-2017 allocations to Aso Rock Clinic and some media reports are needlessly dragging the name of former President Goodluck Jonathan into it. We had thought that the media should be the first to remind Nigerians that since Dr. Jonathan left office on May 29, 2015, he had absolutely nothing to do with the implementation of the budget for that year,” the statement reads. “For emphasis, the 2015 Appropriation...

Bakayoko pulled one back, latching on to Fabrega's corner kick before Zaha's pace dazzled Chelsea's defense to put the premier league bottom team in front. Chelsea mounted a weak comeback in the second half but couldn't get a goal. Crystal Palace actually should've gotten more than 3 goals but Puncheon, Zaha and others were wasteful. Attached Files:
