The Imo state police command has declared Pastor Samuel Ahanonu, of Orogwe, Owerri-West LGA, and three other men, - Okey Ozuzu, Chijioke Daggarman Ahanonu and Raymond Egbunine – wanted over the alleged kidnap and murder of their brother, Kennedy Amaechi Ahanonu. The victim had been in a protracted land dispute with the suspects, who are also his brothers. He was kidnapped by armed men late on October 20 and his corpse was found later on the disputed land located along Ndegwu Road in Owerri West LGA. One Daniel Igwekama, of Ndugwu in Owerri-West council area, has been arrested. The police vows to bring the perpetrators to book.

The Niger Delta Greenland Justice Mandate, has declared that it will commence operations to sabotage Nigeria's oil production output and dared President Muhammadu Buhari to do his worst. Jerry Okeke, father of dethroned Miss Anambra, Chidinma Okeke popularly referred to as 'Cucumber Queen' has denied media reports that he declared his daughter missing. Speaking to PREMIUM TIMES, Mr Okeke said, “My daughter is not missing and at no time did I declare her missing”. “I have been trying to make contact with one of The Sun newspapers that published the story because they want to sell (market) and I will give them a seven-day notice to correct it,” Mr. Okeke said. “I did not tell press man that called me from The Sun that my daughter is missing or that I couldn’t find her.” On his daughter's sex tape, the father said, “I will allow them (police) to do that (their job), but I know my daughter was drugged by some people who took advantage of her as a young woman.” The Sun Newspaper however stands by its story. Bill Maher, Real Time Host is wondering why American evangelicals are queuing up behind Donald Trump and his unchristian attitude. According to Maher, Trump is ''the world’s least Godly man''. “It’s hard to bring up the Ten Commandments when your candidate has spent most his life breaking all of them,” Maher said. “Jesus saw the good in whores and lepers, but if he met Donald Trump he’d say ‘sorry man, but that’s a pre-existing condition.''
