Metro Nigeria: How Prostitutes Help Us To Rob Our Victims - Notorious Robbers

A horde of notorious robbers have been arrested by the Nigeria police.  The robbers include 27-year-old commercial bus driver based in Benue State, Monday Otupa and three others, Joseph Oriyan, 27, Basil Fabian 39 and Mike Onazi, 34. They were arrested for Armed Robbery, Car Snatching in different parts of Nigeria. According to the suspects, they get their victims’ information from prostitutes. One of the gang members named Joseph (Joe) who has been arrested more than three times in his confession said: “We used women prostitute to get information on how police are looking for us and the position of the victims after the operation. . Politics PDP Asks Publicity Secretary Dayo Adeyeye To Resign

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti State has asked the Party’s National Publicity Secretary, Dayo Adeyeye, to resign his position over his silence at the unlawful arrest of two top officials of the State Government by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). In a statement signed and issued in Ado Ekiti on Saturday by the Publicity Secretary of the state chapter of the Party, Jackson Adebayo, the PDP expressed its disappointment over Adeyeye’s attitude towards the performance of his main duty of defending the PDP and its members. Metro IPOB Members Decamping To Other Separatist Groups – Federalist Movement

A group, under the umbrella of Federalist Movement of Nigeria has stated that members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) are decamping to other separatist groups since the court declared it a terrorist group. The group therefore called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to immediately bring the weight of the law to bear on criminal elements that were hiding under agitation against marginalization to breach the constitution and the extant laws of the land. He expressed regret that Nigeria had no qualified leadership to revitalized the economy of the country, stressing that the country was still operating in the past. Governor Obaseki had vowed to punish officials who sent a N283 million request for the conduct of primary school examination which eventually cost N30 million Commissioner for Communications, Paul Ohonbamu, said that the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Prof. Yinka Omorogbe, submitted a report of the panel of enquiry on the conduct of the 2016/2017 Primary School Leaving Certificate Examination. He noted that after due consideration of findings and recommendations, the state executive council sacked the official. Abia state Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has said that South-East Governors only banned the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), but did not declare it a terrorist organization. He stated this while speaking on The Osasu Show, where he also explained that the Governors only proscribed the activities of the group, to douse tension in the region.
