Former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Olisa Metuh has prayed the Federal High Court in Abuja not to set aside the subpoena it issued to compel former President Goodluck Jonathan to appear as a witness in his ongoing trial.

Andrew Uchendu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC has spoken has spoken on the frosty relationship between Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and Transport Minister, Rotimi Amaechi.    According to Daily Post, Uchendu, who was recently declared the winner of the Rivers East senatorial election by the state election tribunal, spoke during the unity rally/thanksgiving organised by the Obio/Akpor LGA caucus leader, Chikordi Dike. Uchendu said, “There is no Rivers son that has made the kind of contribution Rotimi Amaechi has made in my life.
